Our graduates and certified are freely employed as teachers in pre-university education cycles, such as: preschool education, primary education, lower secondary education, higher secondary education. On the other hand, our diplomas enable employment in:
- Pre-university education institutions (public and non-public)
- Basic education schools (public and non-public)
- Schools of higher secondary education (public and non-public)
- Preschool education institutions (public and non-public)
- Local, regional and central educational management institutions.
- Non-profit organizations working in the field of education
The department develops an effective learning system for teaching students, as well as the development of training for adults. As a vision, we have the creation of professional competences, expressed in knowledge, skills, attitudes and values with the aim of employment in the labor market and support of lifelong learning.
The department prepares teachers for all profiles of pre-university education. The learning outcomes for academic and scientific training, expressed in the curriculum documentation, according to Western experiences, aim to create a professional in accordance with the developments of the country, but also in accordance with the requirements and criteria legal.
The department is based on institutional pillars focusing on academic activities, student and community activities; in research, scientific and applied activities, in administrative activities, as well as in the activities of enterprises that have been established.
MAIN ACTIVITY DIRECTIONS
The department covers in bachelor's and master's cycles subjects/training modules that are fundamentally related to the sciences of education that affect the overall formation of students in the field of education, psychology and social work.
The Department offers the implementation of the School of Directors program, which certifies managers of pre-university educational institutions.
The teaching and learning process is entirely based on active teacher-student/adult interaction, harmoniously combined with the use of information and communication technologies.
For the continuous, professional development of preschool teachers, we offer short-term courses and trainings that support the daily work of kindergarten teachers.
For primary school teachers, we offer accredited short-term courses and trainings, with credits, as well as the Master's program in Teaching and Learning
For subject teachers, we offer short-term accredited courses and trainings, with credits, as well as master's degrees in "Language and Communication", "Arts", "ICT", Society and Environment", "Social Sciences.
For assistant teachers, we offer accredited short-term courses and training, with credits, as well as a Master's in Special Education
For adults and pre-university educational staff, we offer short-term, accredited, credit courses on topics related to the overall formation of the individual.
Professional Master
The programs in the second cycle of Professional Master studies last 1 or 2 academic years with a load of 60 or 120 credits.

PROGRAM LINES-INTERRELATED SECTORS
Through diverse projects, products and activities inside and outside the country, a quality support and training of adults from different fields and disciplines related to the sciences of education is possible.
The development of the curriculum of professional schools, teaching and learning through professional courses and modules, practical, dual education, the connection of the school with the labor market are topics that support Education and Professional Training;
Continuing adult training and certification programs and courses, licensed and accredited, with a variety of topics, modules are a lifelong development opportunity.
Providing mentoring and coaching in practice in educational institutions, in Children's Social Development Centers, or in non-public companies and businesses, are part of the necessary training with practical skills for adults. The creation of a database, the connection with educational institutions or different service centers, or companies and businesses, communication and continuous training enable an effectiveness for the employment and career of our students.
