ACADEMIC TITLE AND POSITION Dr. / Lecturer
CURRENT ACADEMIC STATUS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND Doctor of Science in Education, with over 25 years of experience in university teaching, scientific research, and academic leadership. University lecturer and psychological counseling expert in international organizations, including United Nations (UN) agencies. She has held leadership positions in NGOs and contributed to the design, implementation, and evaluation of educational and social programs. Active publicist in psychology, pedagogy, educational management and administration, career counseling, and education. She has a comprehensive academic background in teaching, with master's studies and a doctorate in pedagogy–psychology.
POSITION She has held leadership positions in an NGO, served as an acting department head, and worked as a psychological counselor. Currently, she is a Lecturer and Coordinator of the Department of Education Sciences and Professional Training.
CONTRIBUTIONS Her research engagement focuses on education sciences, including pedagogy, teaching methodologies and models, as well as educational psychology and counseling. It also examines technology in education, classroom management, learning assessment, and career counseling and guidance. Key concepts of school psychology and counselor competencies, as well as the theory and practice of career counseling, are integral. School Leadership & Management is also a significant focus. She is the author of over 30 scientific publications nationally and internationally, and two books in the field of Albanology.
ACTIVE ENGAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENTAL AREAS OF INTEREST She is active in academic and professional networks nationally and internationally, contributing to higher education development and policy, as well as scientific research. Her engagement includes integrated studies on society and the environment and participation in project-based work.
