ACADEMIC TITLE AND POSITION	MSc. / Assistant Lecturer
CURRENT ACADEMIC STATUS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND	Altin Gorenxa Master of Science is an Assistant Lecturer with an academic background based on two university degrees. His career has been built on the study and practice of sports, with a particular focus on volleyball, sports training and motor development. His academic interests are closely related to improving training methods, developing physical skills, and promoting sports recreation as part of education and social welfare.
POSITION	In administrative terms, Altin Gorenxa holds the role of the first-year Coordinator at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Tourism and Sports. He is also a lecturer of Volleyball at the Department of Physical Education and Sports, as well as a coach for ages at the "Barleti" Association. In addition to these functions, he leads the university volleyball team, contributing to the development of young talents and the representation of the university in sports activities.
CONTRIBUTIONS	His research activity is focused on sports training, volleyball and sports recreation. Through his studies and practices, he has contributed to the development of new training methodologies and to the analysis of factors that affect sports performance.
ACTIVE ENGAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENTAL AREAS OF INTEREST	Altin Gorenxa is active in professional and academic networks. He has participated in "Startup Weekend Creative" at Barleti University and in international Erasmus+ staff training programs, including the activity held at Real Club Deportivo La Coruña in Spain, in 2024. These commitments give his activity an international dimension and place him at the center of professional and academic exchanges in the field of sports.
