CURRENT ACADEMIC STATUS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND	Prof. Dr. Artan Shytaj is a university professor with a broad academic background supported by five university degrees. His career combines legislation and organization in physical education and sport, legal and ethical issues, and quantitative and qualitative research methods. He has a particular interest in sports management, contributing to contemporary practices and the improvement of academic and professional structures in the field.
POSITION	Prof. Shytaj serves as Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Tourism and Sports at Barleti University. He is also a member of the Academic Senate and serves as Vice-Rector for Students, contributing to institutional leadership and academic policy development.
CONTRIBUTIONS	His research focuses on sports law and ethics, sports legislation and organization, and quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. He has contributed to academic literature through three scientific publications and university textbooks, as well as a substantial number of articles and presentations at national and international scientific conferences.
ACTIVE ENGAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENTAL AREAS OF INTEREST	Prof. Shytaj is active in professional and academic networks, serving as a leader and participant in European projects such as Tempus and Erasmus+. Through these activities, he has contributed to collaborative projects, exchanges of experience, and the adoption of innovative practices in physical education and sport.
