His academic and professional interests are closely related to the development of contemporary practices in physical education and sports, as well as the promotion of recreation as an important part of social welfare. |
| POSITION | In administrative terms, Prof. Asc. Dr. Pogoni holds the position of Head of the Department of Physical Education and Sports at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Tourism and Sports of "Barleti" University. He is also a member of the Academic Senate of this university, contributing to institutional decision-making and the development of academic policies. |
| CONTRIBUTIONS | The research engagement is focused on the field of sports training, volleyball and sports recreation. He has a consistent contribution to the scientific literature, with 12 academic publications and 2 textbooks, which serve as a reference for students and professionals in the field. Through these publications, Dr. Pogoni has influenced the enrichment of the theoretical and practical basis of sports sciences in Albania. |
