CURRENT ACADEMIC STATUS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND Master of Science in Marketing and professional in the field of public administration and strategic development, with consolidated experience in project management, market analysis, and regional policies. She has completed her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and her Master’s degree in Marketing at the University of Tirana and is currently a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana, with a research focus on digital marketing in healthcare. Her academic and professional profile integrates scientific research with institutional practice and strategic development.
POSITION She holds the position of Executive Director at ADRIAPOL, where she contributes to the coordination of development programs, project management, and cooperation with national and international partners in the fields of regional development and European integration.
CONTRIBUTIONS Her professional and academic contribution is focused on strategic marketing, digital marketing, public administration, and artificial intelligence in marketing, reflected through active participation in conferences, international meetings, and research activities. She has contributed to the development of institutional capacities, the design of regional strategies, and the promotion of innovative practices in both the public and private sectors.
ACTIVE ENGAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENTAL AREAS OF INTEREST She is engaged in national and international professional and academic networks, contributing to regional strategic development, public policy formulation, and the improvement of institutional governance, as well as through active participation in international conferences, forums, and meetings on regional policies, migration, economic development, and EU fund management. She has a strong interest in data-driven marketing, artificial intelligence in marketing, digital transformation, and healthcare marketing, contributing to increased institutional and professional visibility and to the exchange of good practices. Her expertise adds significant value to the planning, implementation, and monitoring of development projects, ensuring effective coordination, high-quality reporting, and compliance with national and European standards.
