ACADEMIC TITLE AND POSITION	Dr. / Lecturer
CURRENT ACADEMIC STATUS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND	Doctor of Sciences degree in Psychology / Social Sciences from the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Tirana. He has also completed university education as a Clinical Psychologist at the same faculty and is qualified as a Psychotherapist in Psychodrama from the Institute of Psychodrama, a school accredited by the European Association for Psychotherapy. He is currently engaged in academic activity as a full-time lecturer at Barleti University, where he is involved in university teaching, supervision of professional practice, and professional training.
POSITION	He currently serves as a Lecturer in the Department of Educational Sciences and Professional Training. He has not held permanent academic administrative positions, but has been continuously engaged as an expert, trainer, and collaborator in national and international projects in the fields of education and psychosocial support.
CONTRIBUTIONS	His professional and academic contributions are reflected in the publication of six scientific articles in academic journals, as well as in the development of eight studies, manuals, and professional guidelines, produced in collaboration with national and international organizations, including UNICEF, Save the Children, World Vision, ISHA, and YWCA.
ACTIVE ENGAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENTAL AREAS OF INTEREST	His professional and research activity focuses on inclusive education for children with special needs, individual and group psychotherapy with an emphasis on psychodrama, early intervention and early childhood development, as well as communication and social relationships of children with disabilities. An important area of his engagement is psychosocial support in school settings. He is an active member of relevant national and European professional networks.
