ACADEMIC TITLE AND POSITION	MSc. / Assistant Lecturer
CURRENT ACADEMIC STATUS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND	Ilia Kuro Master of Science is an assistant lecturer with an academic background based on two university degrees. His career has been built on the study and practice of sports, with a particular focus on athletics, managing guided tourist trips, and recreational games such as Ski-Not. His academic interests are closely related to the development of didactic methods in physical education, as well as to the integration of recreation and sports tourism in education and society.
POSITION	In administrative terms, MSc. Ilia Kuro holds the position of President of the "Barleti" Association and Coordinator of the second year at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Tourism and Sports. Through these roles, he contributes to the organization of academic and sports activities, supporting students in their professional and practical development.
CONTRIBUTIONS	His research activity is focused on athletics didactics, studying teaching methods and pedagogy in this discipline. He has also contributed in the field of recreation and tourist guides, analyzing travel management and organizing recreational activities. An important part of his research is related to recreational games, where Ski-Swimming has been treated as an educational and fun activity, with an impact on the development of physical and social skills.
ACTIVE ENGAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENTAL AREAS OF INTEREST	Ilia Kuro is active in professional and academic networks, being affiliated with the Athletics Association at the national level and participating in international Erasmus+ projects for academic mobility. These commitments place him at the center of professional collaborations and give his activity an international dimension.
