ACADEMIC TITLE AND POSITION	MSc. / Assistant Lecturer
CURRENT ACADEMIC STATUS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND	Pavli Karaja, Master of Science, is an Assistant Lecturer with an academic background based on two university degrees. His career has been built on the study and practice of sports, with a particular focus on sports coaching and sports judging. His academic interests are closely related to the development of training methods and programs, as well as the analysis of fairness and decision-making in sports competitions.
POSITION	In administrative terms, MSc. Pavli Karaja exercises the function of Gymnastics Coach at the "Barleti" Association. Through this role, he contributes to the formation of young athletes and to the development of artistic gymnastics as a sports and educational discipline.
CONTRIBUTIONS	His research activity is focused on sports coaching, studying methods, programs and strategies for improving the physical performance and skills of athletes. Another important area of his research is sports judging, where he has analyzed rules, justice, decision-making, and the role of referees in sports competitions. He has contributed to the preparation of lectures and translations related to the sport of gymnastics, enriching the academic and practical literature in this field.
ACTIVE ENGAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENTAL AREAS OF INTEREST	Pavli Karaja is active in professional and academic networks, being an artistic gymnastics coach and a member of the Assembly of the Albanian Gymnastics Federation. These commitments place him at the center of national sports developments and give his activity a wide professional dimension.
