ACADEMIC TITLE AND POSITION	MSc. / Assistant Lecturer
CURRENT ACADEMIC STATUS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND	MSc. Alma Gjoni graduated from the University of Tirana, Faculty of Foreign Languages, English Branch. After completing her studies, she worked as an English teacher in pre-university education and as an external lecturer at the Faculty of Medical Technical Sciences and the Faculty of Law at the University of Tirana. During this period, she completed several international training and certification programs in education, enhancing her pedagogical and professional skills.
POSITION	Currently, Ms. Gjoni works at Barleti University as the Coordinator of the International Student Admissions Office and the Coordinator of the International Projects and Erasmus+ Unit. She has also served in the Protocol and Archive Unit and as Human Resources Assistant for four years. She is currently part of the Department of Behavioral and Health Sciences within the Faculty of Social Sciences.
CONTRIBUTIONS	Ms. Gjoni has taught first-year students in both Bachelor and professional programs, including “Computer Science” and “Computer Network Maintenance.” She has completed multiple international training and certification programs, contributing to the development of her teaching capacities and the enhancement of educational practices.
ACTIVE ENGAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENTAL AREAS OF INTEREST	Ms. Gjoni serves as Coordinator of the Internationalization Office and is part of the Department of Behavioral and Health Sciences. She is actively involved in the Erasmus+ program, with interests in project management, academic collaboration, and the support of international students.
