CURRENT ACADEMIC STATUS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND Doctor of Science, university lecturer, and project manager with a consolidated academic and professional profile in food safety, risk assessment and management, agri-food policy, and the management of EU-funded projects. She has over 20 years of professional experience combining academia, public administration, and applied projects in the agri-food sector. She holds four university degrees.
POSITION Dr. Vuksani is a lecturer at Barleti University and has held senior managerial positions in public administration, including Director of the Risk Assessment Directorate and Director of the Risk Management Directorate.
CONTRIBUTIONS Her research contribution is focused on the fields of food, agriculture, and related legislation, through publications in prestigious scientific journals, as well as through the development and consolidation of institutional research capacities. She is the author of 22 scientific publications.
ACTIVE ENGAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENTAL AREAS OF INTEREST She is engaged in national and international academic and professional networks, contributing to the development of innovative ecosystems and to the formulation of policies in the fields of food and scientific research, as well as to European integration processes. She has experience in university teaching and a strong interest in rural development, agrotourism, and the creation of sustainable value within agri-food value chains. She is actively involved in international professional communities, contributing to strategic and governance processes and to increasing public visibility through communication and media engagement as a food safety expert. Her expertise adds significant value to the management of EU-funded projects, cooperation with institutional stakeholders and the private sector, and the support of policies that promote innovation, quality, and sustainable development, while ensuring coordination, effective implementation, reporting, and compliance with national and European standards.
