ACADEMIC TITLE AND POSITION	MSc. / Assistant Lecturer
CURRENT ACADEMIC STATUS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND	PhD Candidate, University Lecturer and Counseling Psychologist with a strong academic and clinical background in psychology and mental health services. She has extensive experience in teaching, scientific research, psychological assessment, and applied counseling practice. Her academic work focuses on the effectiveness of psychological counseling, student mental health, stress and anxiety management, and educational psychology, integrating theory, research, and evidence-based intervention models.
POSITION	She currently serves as a University Lecturer in Psychology and Department Coordinator, holding academic and organizational responsibilities related to curriculum planning, coordination of academic staff, and quality assurance in teaching and learning processes. In parallel, she is actively involved in student mentoring and clinical practice, and collaborates with medical and educational institutions in the development of mental health services and interdisciplinary academic initiatives.
CONTRIBUTIONS	Her research activity focuses on psychological counselling, mental health promotion in academic environments, stress and anxiety interventions, and applied clinical psychology. She has contributed to scientific publications, conference presentations, academic projects, and curriculum development.
