ACADEMIC TITLE AND POSITION	MSc. / Assistant Lecturer
CURRENT ACADEMIC STATUS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND	Doctor of Science candidate and University Lecturer with a multidisciplinary background and over 20 years of experience in teaching, leadership and management, scientific and applied research, training, and project leadership/management, as well as in PR, Media and Marketing, and Vocational Education and Training. He possesses extensive skills and knowledge and has participated in hundreds of scientific and professional qualifications, specializations, trainings, research activities and investigations, and has been present in the media as an expert. He has built his professional and academic activity on integrating advanced studies related to employment and career, migration issues, communication sciences, public relations, marketing, human resources, training/testing/certification, expertise in tourism and media, project fields, and consultancy in business standardization and modernization.
POSITION	He has held and continues to hold important leadership and professional roles, including: Head of the training structure “Barleti Skills Academy Albania”; Head of the “Steam+ Albania” program; Head of the “Challenges and Competitions” initiative; Head of departments in entrepreneurship and companies; Head of Marketing and PR; Project Manager; Head of entrepreneurship and start-up initiatives; Operational Promotion Manager; and Head of Customer Service Departments.
CONTRIBUTIONS	His research engagement and professional study/management experience focus on employment, career development, human capital, training/testing/certification, migration, marketing, PR, media, human resources, projects, and business standardization and modernization. He is the author of 294 analytical and journalistic media articles, 24 scientific publications, and 25 professional manuals on promotion, marketing and PR, organizational culture development, and internal career promotion. He has served as a mentor/coach/consultant to 56 CEOs/directors of companies and institutions, and has designed and developed 267 professional training programs aimed at increasing human resource capacities in companies, businesses, institutions and organizations.
ACTIVE ENGAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENTAL AREAS OF INTEREST	He is active in national and international academic and professional networks, contributing especially to the design and implementation of programs that support and promote young talents at national and international levels. He is a designer, manager and participant in projects on youth talent, the implementation and promotion of new methodologies in education (STEAM), capacity building in vocational education and training, capacity building in higher education, and the empowerment and activation of young people in policymaking, decision-making, media, and civil society.
