He has built his professional and academic activity on integrating advanced studies related to employment and career, migration issues, communication sciences, public relations, marketing, human resources, training/testing/certification, expertise in tourism and media, project fields, and consultancy in business standardization and modernization. |

He is the author of 294 analytical and journalistic media articles, 24 scientific publications, and 25 professional manuals on promotion, marketing and PR, organizational culture development, and internal career promotion. He has served as a mentor/coach/consultant to 56 CEOs/directors of companies and institutions, and has designed and developed 267 professional training programs aimed at increasing human resource capacities in companies, businesses, institutions and organizations. |
