ACADEMIC TITLE AND POSITION PhD / Lecturer
CURRENT ACADEMIC STATUS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Sociology, university lecturer with experience in teaching and scientific research in the fields of education, social sciences, and gender studies. Currently a full-time lecturer at the university, with a multidisciplinary academic background that integrates sociology, philosophy of education, psychology of learning, and cultural studies. Academic activity focuses on learning theories, contemporary pedagogical models, social diversity, interdisciplinary approaches in education and social sciences, as well as on the application of these approaches in contexts of innovation, technology, and educational projects.
POSITION Currently, she holds the position of Lecturer (PhD) and Researcher at Barleti University, Faculty of Social Sciences, Tourism and Sports. In parallel, she holds administrative roles, serving as Head of the University Library, is a member of the BRIDGE Research Center, and is involved in project cycle management as an expert in national and international projects.
CONTRIBUTIONS Academic activity includes scientific publications, including book chapters and abstracts published in academic volumes and platforms, addressing fields such as sociology, gender studies, migration, family, and education. She has participated in more than 10 national and international scientific conferences, where she has presented research papers and findings. Professional engagement also includes teaching at Bachelor’s and Master’s levels, supervision of student theses, as well as active involvement in national and international projects in the fields of education, youth, social inclusion, innovation, and capacity building.
ACTIVE ENGAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENTAL AREAS OF INTEREST Active engagement includes involvement in research, academic, and developmental projects at both national and international levels, with a focus on the integration of education, social sciences, and innovation. Key areas of developmental interest include contemporary pedagogy, psychology of learning, gender studies, migration and social inclusion, as well as the development of digital competencies and interdisciplinary approaches in educational and social contexts.
