ACADEMIC TITLE AND POSITION	Prof. Assoc. Dr. / Professor
CURRENT ACADEMIC STATUS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND	Doctor of Science, Associate Professor with training in the field of educational sciences and with over 35 years of experience in education as a teacher, school principal, inspector, scientific researcher, director of national institutions for curriculum, teacher/school principal training, and educational inspection. Lecturer with over 20 years of experience in teaching, scientific research, and academic leadership. Holds university degrees in the field of teaching, master's and doctoral studies in the field of education.
POSITION	He has held and holds academic leadership roles, including Head of the Department of Education Sciences and Professional Training, as well as Chairman of the Ethics and Equal Opportunities Council at Barleti University.
CONTRIBUTIONS	Research engagement is focused on educational sciences and learning psychology; development of pre-university and university curriculum; technology in education; leadership and management of educational institutions; development and history of education; evaluation and accreditation of educational institutions; the STEAM model; parental education; ethics in education; human rights education; and educational policies. Author of over 40 scientific publications domestically and internationally, as well as two monographs.
ACTIVE ENGAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENTAL AREAS OF INTEREST	He is active and participates in Erasmus+ projects and Barleti University education projects, and also collaborates with UNDP, “Skills for Job”, and AADF on higher-education accreditation services. He has developed and managed education projects over the years at Barleti University related to educational technologies for children with special needs, the school as a community center, and similar initiatives. He was a member for several years of the European Network for Academic Integrity.
